Small Meeting Space
On arrangement with your hosts, small meetings can be held in the self-contained suite you are staying in.
If you require a larger meeting space, our suites can be made available for hire as meeting rooms. Given appropriate notice, we will move/add furniture in the desired room to meet your requirements. Our Penthouse Suite is especially great for this due to its generous size.

Group Accommodation
At Boatshed Motel Apartments, we can accommodate large corporate groups, touring groups or even wedding parties. Boatshed Motel Apartments caters for up to 32 people.
Each of our rooms offers versatile sleeping arrangements.
All Super King sized beds can be split into 2 single beds, while many rooms can fit extra beds if needed. In some of our suites, beds can also be added to the lounge area.
Restaurants within walking distance
Bayfair Shopping Centre and many local restaurants and bars are just a few minutes’ drive from the Boatsheds Motel Apartments.
Spend the day at work, followed by Thursday late night shopping at Bayfair and a cocktail and dinner at Imbibe Restaurant & Bar. Catch a taxi home for only $6.00.
Take the kids down to Bayfair for takeaways, or pick up ingredients for dinner at the supermarket and head back to cook something delicious in your full kitchen.
